About Me

Apostle Dr. Trayce Sullivan
Apostle Dr. Trayce Sullivan is a native of Washington, D.C. and the daughter of Bishop Raymond Carter and Apostle Cynthia Carter. She is married to Ryan Sullivan, and together they are blessed with a beautifully blended family of ten children and grandchildren.
As a teenager, Apostle Sullivan knew she was called into ministry, but like many young people, she initially ran from the call of God upon her life. In April 1998, she accepted her calling and became a licensed Evangelist under the leadership of her parents at Christ Miracle Temple.
In 2001, then Evangelist Sullivan obeyed the voice of the Lord and moved her membership to God’s Chosen Assembly Church Inc., where she faithfully served as an Associate Minister and Minister of Music under the leadership of Apostle Bertha F. Terry.
In 2007, the Lord instructed her to establish the name Fresh Anointed Ministries. At the time, she believed the name would simply represent her music ministry, but God had a much greater purpose in mind.
In October 2012, the Lord began speaking to her concerning the call to pastor. Though hesitant at first, she eventually surrendered fully to the will of God. In October 2015, Apostle Sullivan publicly accepted the pastoral call upon her life. On February 27, 2016, she was elevated to the office of Elder and officially launched Fresh Anointed Ministries on February 28, 2016. On March 1, 2020, Pastor Trayce was elevated to the office of Apostle.
Apostle Sullivan is known as a passionate preacher, teacher, mentor, and transformational leader who serves wholeheartedly as a willing vessel for the Kingdom of God.
While serving as Senior Pastor, she released her first book, I Survived It: What Is Your It?, followed by the release of I Survived It II: The Road II Recovery in July 2023. These books were written to encourage healing, restoration, and recovery for individuals overcoming life’s challenges.
In December 2022, Apostle Sullivan graduated from City of Hope Bible College with a Master’s Degree in Biblical and Pastoral Studies, along with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. In July 2024 Apostle earned her Doctoral Degree in Ministry from Deeper Bible College.
She later launched The T.E.A.C.H Institute, where she trains, equips, and empowers individuals for both ministry and marketplace leadership. Apostle Sullivan also founded The Recovery Room, where she serves as a certified transitional life coach, specializing in helping women heal, discover their God-given purpose, and become the highest version of themselves through faith, empowerment, and transformation.
Today, Apostle Dr. Trayce Sullivan continues to impact lives through preaching, teaching, mentorship, coaching, and community outreach while passionately advancing the Kingdom of God.
